See Think Do Care (STDC)
Google’s STDC model helps plot the customer journey. Start a winning campaign by nailing the right goals. Each stage has its own message and action. Lately, I’ve been blending in Cialdini’s Persuasion Principles and thus creating my own model.
Cialdini Principles of Persuasion
The Cialdini Principles of Persuasion consist of six key principles: reciprocity, commitment, social proof, authority, liking, and scarcity. These principles explore the psychological triggers that influence people to make decisions and are widely applied in marketing and persuasion strategies to enhance influence and effectiveness. Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a widely used personality assessment tool based on Carl Jung’s psychological types. It categorizes individuals into 16 distinct personality types, each represented by a combination of four dichotomies: Extraversion vs. Introversion, Sensing vs. Intuition, Thinking vs. Feeling, and Judging vs. Perceiving.
Check out my new online tool that helps you discover the MBTI Personality types associated with different professions: Meyer Briggs (MBTI) Profession Finder.
In addition to the mentioned methods, I use tailored tools such as Figma, various AI technologies, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mouseflow, and my personally developed MPS Wireframe Toolkit. These tools enhance my ability to transform insights into solid maps and concepts.
